How much self belief you have should depend entirely on you? Easier said than done 😞 If you lack self believe, chances are you were given messages in your childhood that you were not good enough and that you were not worthy. This is your conditioning pattern that you need to unlearn, and replace with something healthier, more loving, and more supportive. Let’s focus this week on trying to see the moments where we can shift our attention away from needing others to believe in us and turn inwards instead.
⚠️ It’s not something you are consciously aware of, and not something you are deliberately doing to sabotage yourself.
⚠️ These conditioning beliefs are core beliefs that are deeply ingrained into your psyche, and have been there as long as you have been alive.
⚠️ They can be reversed with the right therapist though inner child healing and reparenting, you can find the majestic belief and worth that is truly authentically yours.
